As the EMS Administrator, Jose is committed to ensuring the highest level of care and response for our community in times of crisis. With extensive experience in emergency management and patient care, he leads a dedicated team that provides essential services with professionalism and compassion.

In addition to his role as EMS Administrator, he also serves as a Safety Manager for a major corporation, where he focuses on creating and maintaining safe working environments through comprehensive safety programs and risk management strategies. His diverse background in both emergency services and corporate safety allows him to approach challenges from a unique perspective, always prioritizing health, safety, and well-being. 

Chris has been an employee of Woodstock EMS since obtaining his EMT certification in 2020. He was recently promoted to the role of Operations Supervisor in August of 2024. His priority is maintaining a high level of public service, while encouraging employees to improve their skills and strengthen their abilities in any way they can. He also takes a strong focus to community engagements, and enjoys interacting with members of the public at events and celebrations.
